PURE Highway. Costs about £55 if you look around online. It takes power from any aux socket/lighter socket and transmits on a spare FM frequency to the car antenna, so no physical wiring to the stereo required. Has time-shift function, so if you miss a bit you can skip back. You can also pause broadcasts, which has its uses.
Fitted one in Mrs Do$h's Defender and she's a very happy bunny.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
But if you live an a hilly area the reception will probably be !Previously:

Nodo$h, does it have a 3.5mm output to connect to the AUX socket? I found it difficult to get a clear, free FM channel when trying to use an iTrip with the iPod.Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE

Yes, I think DAB coverage up north is generally better than down here - I get a great signal in the house, but on the drive there is no signal! I drove up to Crewe a couple of weeks ago, and got solid reception from about Worcestershire north, but below that and it was annoyingly patchy. I've got the Pure Highway too - the 1st one broke after a day but the replacement has been fine. I use the aux connection with it rather than through FM, and it can be used off the vehicle with headphones if you want Previously:

Virgin Radio was bought out by our Indian friends ...but they couldn't use the Virgin name as widely as they wanted
And now they have to remind us of that every couple of minutes after every song - ABSOLUTE RADIO blah blah blah - it used to be a good station Previously:

When are they going to get rid of O'C? He's a tedious, tedious cock I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
