Well won the car last week we thought bloody amazing 69k on the clock full service history. Paid deposit happy days..Seller sent message last night he was in hit the back last night!
bloody liar he has sold the car to another buyer!

When i won the car I said i would pick up today . He then said he has been offered more money from someone else last week!

coincidencre I think not.

paid out for
HPI
new insurance deposit
i had to cancel the insurance

lost out£140!

send him an invoice for your £140 ask him to include it in his insurance claim....

I know you have know chance but should make him uncomfortable at least.

In a week send him a letter asking for it to be paid as you had a contract, if not you will pass it to a debt recovery agent.
