According Castrol South Africa they do not have a product BOT 720 and their oil finder also has no recommendations for differential oil.
I think I am going to use Ravenol MDL for the rear differential. Claim to be approved for LAND ROVER TYK5000070 | LAND ROVER BOT 720 | LAND ROVER LR019727 | Land Rover Discovery 3 4.4 V8 HSE 2005

Depends on which diff.
Front - Penrite using there catalogue for correct product.
Centre - Ravenol - can't remember which it is maybe TFsomething or other?
Rear - mines the eDiff so Ravenol MDL I think it is. Mine - MY09 L319 D3 HSE Lion 2.7 TDV6 and modified MY03 LT L318 Discovery 2a HSE Td5 15P
Hers - MY12 L319 D4 Lion 2.7L TDV6
