Discovery 3 SE non Sat Nav conversion

Hello people,

I am a new owner of a Discovery 3 SE, 2006 model and I am really curious about the SatNav/Off Road details system. Mine does not have one and it has the normal CD player. Doesn't even have the AUX input module in the back but it does have the plugs there under the plastic trim. 2 green plugs and one yellow-ish.
I started looking for the AUX module since it will be useful not to listen to the same 4 or 5 CDs I have and being that the plugs are there, instead of wiring a jack cable myself in the back of the CD player, I will get the AUX module. But at the same time, I was wondering if I can install the upgraded CD player, the one with phone buttons and the SatNav/Off Road info screen in the SE model if it came without it. I understand it may be required to have some extra plugs in the back of the CD player, under the dash? Some optic fiber cables? I don't really need Sat/Nav, just the OffRoad info screens and other functions that it has related to the car but not sure if it will work with my SE model.

Any answers are welcomed and thank you all!

The 6 CD usually has an amp under the seat.
That is a bit of a nightmare, moving all the speaker wires to under the seat and other wires

The display can be driven off the 6Cd unit

Is it a must to have the Amp under the seat or I can just leave it as so?
As in, I don't really need the amp that comes with the Harman Kardon version, the speakers I have work great. Will the 6CD unit have the same socket as the normal 1CD one?

Thank you!

I don’t known unfortunately.

It maybe that the CCF setting will allow it to work without amp.
Or maybe the 6CD units don’t have an amp in them
