Hello!
Just got the LR detailed and picked it up. When I got into the car, I pushed the memory button and the seats wouldn't adjust. The M button doesnt even light up. The detailer always adjust a the seats to get under them but Even trying to adjust them with the buttons on the side, it won't budge. Looked briefly underneath seat but cannot seem to get front guard off, anyone know how? And what things should I check for, blown fuses? Ect... Trying to avoid the dealer bc I don't want to have to drive around some Kia the rental place gives them... I'm driving like Mr. Magoo with the seat fully upright and will use any advice anyone has! Thanks in advance! 2011 FFRR HSE LUX

Has someone put the car in Valet Mode by any chance?
Can't remember off-hand the scope of this feature but worth a try. 2011 D4 Landmark, Mini Cooper SD Clubman, Range Rover Vogue SE

My D4 did the same thing yesterday. Did you have any luck sorting it out or do you have your Kia?

The seat has a safety mechanism built in that results in it freezing if jams or snags on something. Have you tried, using the forward/backward button pressing, and holding for a few seconds, the button? If it is this, as opposed to some electrical failure, it should restore motion.
