In order to complete the D3 to D4 spots conversion I am looking for new or reclaimed D4 wire loom. Any ideas?

Try TLO (The Large One). He's close to you (compared to me 8) ) Jim Dowell - D4 HSE TDi, 12,000 hydraulic winch & hidden winch mount, MTRs, TyreDog, Traxide 2 x aux battery system, fixed air compressor, Dolium roof rack, MitchHitch.

Tried already. TLO has always been my first choice

Loom comes as a complete kit with brackets etc. Would be good if someone brought kit and then made up just wiring kits from there, USD kit as pattern. Any wiring experts out there wiping to take on this challenge. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
