Just had the disco 3 in for some warrenty work
The nut holding the right hand strut on the top tailgate sheared
Took the car in and Les in service got on the case and also refered me to Land Rover customer care
Car now sorted and a good job made of the repair
This is the 3rd disco I have brought from Mike the sales manger
Had all my serviceing done by them usually talk to Les and always found them both great to deal with

dont know why, but I alway forget about LR Droitwich, and head down to Hereford LR (as all the stealers in close to Birmingham/cov/wolves/stourbrige are cr@p)
Must give them a try.

My experience with the sales dept (6 or 7 months ago) was a big disappointment in the end they couldn't be bothered . Wonder if it would be the same now? Their loss ended up as Sturgess Leicester's gain (great service and deal at the time) ALTERNATIVES...............No alternatives for off-road capability.
If you want Surrey plush, go for a Range Rover. If you want Manchester bling it's the Range Rover Sport. But if it's a seven-seat, go anywhere 4x4, it's time to Disco.

Would never touch them... arrogant sales team and un-helpful service and parts dept.

just had a service done by them, very helpful service guys. None of the usual rip-off tactics.
Only downside is i had a look at the RRS That is a NICE motor and I'm sorely tempted.
They also just had delivered a G4 on an 08 plate for £32k. apparently was a press car so not thrashed. Black interior though.
They did a very good price (price matched) and did the service while I waited and drank their coffee.
nice to still see family firms. Will be using again.

Thanks for the review. I will try Droitwich for my next service as nothing seems to go right at my local Stratstone Glos.

Hugely disappointed with Droitwich. I've had the D3 for 2 months and I've been back 4 times. I now have a direct line to the franchise manager and I'm starting to get the right levels of service, but it has taken a lot of kicking.
The preparation of the vehicle was very poor - the interior particularly and the MOT cert wasn't available at the time of handover. I got it a few weeks later and they left the 10 advisories on the back - ball joints, bushes, suspension etc. The mechanicals have now been fixed and it is going in next week for the interior to be cleaned. Before anyone asks the obvious - I'd shipped my old car so had to take it on the day.
The vehicle should have been prepared properly, but the sales team thought they were being smart by turning around a vehicle for next to nothing. I've had the ballache of going back and forth and kicking up a fuss, all of which could have been avoided. I now know half a dozen folk who drive the extra to Stratstones (more money than me:-) )Shukers Ludlow here we come. PRH

Had some work done by them not so long ago chuffed with the repair not chuffed with the bill!!!
£117.50 / hour!!!
The old chap (who is hiding on here somewhere) had a quote for 4 services weighing in at "the ultra low cost of £2500!!!" Cambrian quoted for the same 4 services £1500!! Big difference, needless to say he is having a day at the seaside when his service is due. "The fate of the wounded lies in the hands of the one who applys the first dressing"

how did they get to £1500 for four services?
I've just had 15k service (service A) done at Hereford LR for 260 all inc. If I recall, from old D3, (service B) was about £340, so given two of each gets me to £1200, unless your figure includes something else?
