I took it over to Leeds today to give her a blast but soon as I hit windy hill on the M62 some idiot decided to fill the motorway with road works all the way with a 50mph speed limit
Crickey I nearly fell asleep at that speed yawn

Did you get the mod done under the lr used car warranty?
I've seen a post recently regarding updates for the 2010 d4 and am wondering if mine had got them?
Suppose I got to ask when I get it serviced - how about you - was your dealer forthcoming with updates you hadn't already got?
I wasnt particularly impressed with the dealer I got the car from but it wasn't local so am hoping there is someone local I can trust?

Mate of mine had a disco 2, during the day it was fine on start-up, but after being left overnight or for a long period it would smoke and missfire on first cold start up .
He try'd everything, new bits here and there (too many to mention)over a couple of months but still smoked after being left stood overnight.
Took it to local indie who diagnosed it as bent con rod, Took the head off and sure enough bent c/rod (measured tdc on each piston ) and one was a couple of thou out
replaced it and no smoke 
Dont ask me how that would make any difference I dont know i just drive em
I dont know if it could be the same on yours but I am sure one of our forum friends with a lot more knowledge on here will say if it is possible on a TDV6

Mine will do it - but only when very cold
A double start (turn on, dont start, turn off, turn on, start) stops it happening
Took it in and dealer couldnt find any issues

Have you got surround cameras, if so turn them onto the rear a watch wjilst driving to see what happens or get someone to follow you and film it. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
