My extra 1.5"
Alot of People are saying on here that you cant go any higher than off road setting without tricking it into thinking that youre stuck.
Put it into off road setting and hit the brake, with your foot on the brake push the suspension button up and hold it for about 10 seconds. between the 5 and 10 seconds it rises that extra little bit.

Well there is something wrong then
Quote:
EXTENDED MODE
If the vehicle body is raised (e.g. by jacking) or
grounded in severe off-road conditions, the
system may automatically enter Extended
mode. Symbols in the raise/lower switch will
flash and the message centre will display
SUSPENSION IN EXTENDED MODE. The
suspension can rise automatically to assist in
clearing the obstacle.
Once extended mode height has been
achieved, the driver may request additional
lifting if required. This is achieved by pressing
up and holding the raise/lower switch for
longer than 3 seconds while pressing the brake
pedal.
Extended mode is cancelled by pressing down
on the raise/lower switch or when the vehicle
speed confirms that the body is no longer lifted
or grounded.
Note: Extended mode cannot be selected
manually

Might have been a reason I guess but seriously if it does it all the time then maybe get one of the site gurus to checkout your diagnostic fault codes in case there's a module or sensor detecting something it shouldn't 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I heard a rumour about this from several other 'non-expert' folk and wondered if there was anything to it...I am not in danger - I am the danger - I am the one who knocks
