Simple autobox oil change
This one makes changing the auto gearbox oil a doddle.
Remove filler & drain plug as recommended. Once the drips have stopped replace the drain plug. measure the amount removed.
Get a 1.5 metre approx of clean garden hose & slide one end into the refill hole on side of gearbox. It fits perfectly snug & slide it in approx an inch.
Guide the other end of the hose over the front lower arm & pull it out over the top of the front offside wheel. Push a 50p funnel from asda or such into the end. You can now stand up & accuratley, with ease re-fill the gearbox. The hose creates a seal in the gearbox so it won't leak out until you remove the hose.

I've done a few like this now, as the ramp is somewhat busy.
But 6 litres seems to come out. This isn't a flush, just a change. It should be done twice.

I'd make a mess trying to remove the hose and refit the drain plug
I've not long has a flush but interesting to know how much you manage to change on a single drop

Easier still to take the pipe off the cooler as per Filo's method, fit an extension pipe into a 10 litre container and run the engine for approx 20 seconds, out comes 5 litre of old oil, connect a pipe up to the rad inlet as per your method with a funnel and put back in exactly the same amount of correct oil that came out at the same temperature, due this twice and you've done a double flush without taking the drain plug out or getting under the car. The level should be checked with the engine running and the oil at the correct temp.
Not as good as a proper flush but better than nothing.It can when others can't,

did mine last week,have to agree with dm i only got 4.2 ltrs each time,measured and put back same amount then on the final check with trans oil at 40c had to put about 150mltrs extra in

after reading the countless post regarding oils and their suitability i decided to go with the genuine zf oil rather than spend the rest of my d3 ownership worrying if every clonk and judder was down to using non std oil,but everyone has the same choice and i am sure i won't be changing it again and i also expect the non std oils are just as good pay ya money and take ya choice as they say please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

IMHO you don't take a chance with anything bought from AdvancdFactors It can when others can't,

Ive used both ZF lifeguard and bristol trans oils no issues with either
Also used a/f trans oils but whatever you do dont question him on anything, touchy

Ive bought their led bulbs, now running standard light bulbs.
The led stop/tail bulbs caused my bluetooth to pack up.
Im sure overall they are good, people arent perfect all the time no matter what others say!

I did post on its some time ago and it didnt go down well!
Car is a metropolis so has all the bells and whistles but no more than any HSE model apart from bling bits.
The led bulbs also effected radio reception it was like a radio station with very weak signal ie dropping in and out.
The facts are bought and fitted new bubs, very pleased as brighter than std and no more blowing worries, so pleased ordered another two for the lights below which are 21/5 watt bulbs again but only use the sidelight function, thinking good idea as back up brake lights bulbs if needed,also fitted new oe brake light switch to cover all the bases.
Rarely use phone in car so didnt notice bluetooth didnt work for a week or two, but did notice radio reception had gone marginal in certain areas.
Im not sure what made me twig it was the led bulbs, but removed them and refitted std 21/5 watt bulbs and straight away bluetooth fired up with no issues and radio recption went back to normal.
Led bulbs are now in my can bus free 1959 series 2
