Yep, but yet again it was a Land Rover dealer... the whole LR dealer /service network needs to step up their game big time rather than relying on the badge!

Haven't had any problems with my dealer. Now walk into an Arnold Clark dealer and that's a different story, you can smell the bull as soon as you walk through the door.
What and you can't in a LR dealership?
I don't believe I said all LR dealers, been doing business with Pentland Cupar for 10 years and can't fault them but I've yet to come across a good Arnold Clark dealer, shower of bull sh**ting b*****ds. You know an AC salesman is lying because he's talking.
I'm not into all this phoning to see if everything was to my liking and if there is anything more they can do. If I wasn't happy they would know about it. I've gave them 10 years of business so they must be doing something right.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

I have just got rid of my E Class after 2 years and I have to say Walsall Mercedes (Drayton) are first class, and are everything a dealer should be. We had bought our Evoque from Colliers and kept for 14 months and apart from BS when buying the service was surprisingly very good. I have purchased this car from Swansway Stafford Land Rover and touch wood the buying part as been fine. Time will tell.
For balance, I had a Defender from Stratstone Solihull and had a 6 month nightmare with them. I wouldn't buy a litre of oil from Stratstone!
That's two of us then. Cannot stop the texts and emails from them despite unsubscribing, it's been four years now and they still hound me.
They sent me an email this week, "where will your next new car take you" sent it back with the comment, if it comes from you it will be back again within days for repairs.
