I thought most 18s didn't fit a D4 because of the larger brake discs. New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)

Agreed. The usual mantra is 18” Modular’s, or a few select alloys ( Compomotive or similar expensive examples), I just might be tempted by genuine LR alloys if they’d fit over the D4 calipers.
