Just make sure the standard flue it comes with is the right height for your needs as they are a bit short and hard to get extra lengths made up in that size diameter. If its for outdoor cooking it doesnt matter anyway

Where's planning to put it is quite low, so I should be ok, but will work things out once it arrives. Hoping to go camping to S-Wales in Feb half term and will see how things work out there. (Will burn it a couple of times at home first though)

Minor bit of thread resurrection.

Wiggs & Beanie at the beginning of this thread are totally spot on. Crap wood doesn't burn well. Embarassed Embarassed

Now got the stove fully in the tent with the sleeve thingie through the wall and it's just on for the day. Burning like a good 'un on oak flooring (never put down so no glue or anything) and birch. Lights bootifully with paper & birch bark.

S'pose will have to get up shortly, if only to get breakie cooking on it. Thumbs Up

PS CO alarm with fresh batts is on the table next to the stove. Thumbs Up

Morning Del, just packing the car to come and join the fun. Are there enough cooking fires there? Do I need to bring my Cadac?

Plenty of big wheel rims as fire pits, don't know if any use to cook on. Re Cadac, better bring it anyway. Thumbs Up
