You need two apps

MaxiAP200 main one and does engine fault codes. (Red icon)
Diag Europe for the advanced licensed stuff (blue icon)

Pete - thanks, everything's pretty clear on the instructions.

I managed 1 run through before my phone battery died, but it covered 16? 'sectors' with all sorts of codes reported.

I'll get my head around it it the daylight tomorrow.

No. Well, unless you are looking at live values.

I think it is still worth noting that the Autel Maxi AP200 doesn't work for a Discovery 4 from 2016. Only up to production year 2015. Unfortunately, I found out only after purchase, but I'm allowed to return it and I should get a refund.

If anyone can recommend me a similar OBD reader that supports a 2016 Discovery, I would highly appreciate it.

I spend hours reading all I could find using the "search" function on this forum, but I'm still not sure what device I should go for.

Maybe I would better buy an IID tool at once ? I haven't decided yet. Of course the tool with most features is the most interesting one, but thoose aren't cheap. Any recommandations are most welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Paul.
