Getting the mix right
Well as a few know I love cooking and trying to mix things up a bit for basting , coating etc using different sauces of the shelf , we I was spatchcocking a gose moor eagle the other week and needed a basting to go on for the last half hour of cooking all I could find in the fridge was these two so a table spoon each and a tea spoon of olive oil and wow the most simple mix and it was banging
BBQ or oven it’s perfect bast two or three time enjoy-------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

Don’t think he’s down at the moment , but his son was down this week and had lunch in the Blue tomato where Julia’s Amy works in Rock and he complained the squid wasn’t cooked properly I guess he should know -------------------------------------------------

Well years ago there used to be a chicken farm on gose Moor bout 10 miles away so that’s stuck with me -------------------------------------------------
