Hi Discovery community,
I've a small issue with my D4, trying to update this Gen 2.1 GPS maps.
As said, this is done via an USB sticker.
Bormally, th eD4 says éh46 to be updated, but I do not know how to do this cause after a couple of minutes, the D4 is going to sleep.
Any hidden function to telle this car to be alive ?

Leave the engine running maybe? Gone 2016 Landmark D4

You can update it whilst driving and even turn the engine off with a break in the journey ,it will pick up again where it left off . However never remove the USB until it has finished the updating process . It can take two hours or more to fully update.

Leave the engine running is the only way, or therefore also while driving.
I think I had to wait 3 hours…

You dont have to wait ,just dont remove the usb stick and it will still update over several journeys with the engine switched off in between . Last two updates happened over several; short journeys over several days.
