Hi NJSS

I have a "similar issue". I retrofitted my wheel and whilst it works, sometimes its warm sometimes hot and other times barely detectable to the point you wonder if it has failed.

I had considered it to be a connection fault also and I was going to change the clock spring first..

There is one on eBay in Emsworth which isn't too far from either of us.... I will take the plunge to see if it cures the issue but I just need to know the correct part as one has heated wheel connectivity and one does not..... do you know which this is?

Thanks for any help.... hopefully between us we can get to the bottom of it?!

Hi

I note the part number is YRC500080. I'm pretty certain that this is NOT for an HSW:-

My HSW is either hot, as it should be, or cold - no mid-way point.

As I started to write this I see that it's exactly a year since my last post on this topic!

Yet again my HSR has failed over Christmas.

It's a long story; but I have been enjoying my HSR with no problems all through the autumn until this weekend.

I know that it's a wiring issue so back to square one Censored
