I’ve got to the point that it really stinks and I don’t like it , but all the men that work for me smoke roll ups so l put up with it , it really doesn’t make me want one and that make me know I’ve cracked it
And if in a shop/supermarket I can tell if a smoker has just past me or is working on the til 🤮🤮-------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

If you remember, we were almost at this time, I'm still there, and in September it will be 3 years ago that my life separated from tobacco, I continue happy, but in my case I did not vapourise or anything at all from the beginning! but although it seems easy, and now it seems impossible that one day I would have smoked, we must continue every day in a strong attitude ... good luck!!lost in translation!

I had to fill in a medical declaration the other day - question asked (a) Have I ever smoked (yes) (b) when did you stop smoking - I had to scratch my head - its 14 years
One of the best things I ever did - just wish I could get my son to stop Now Golf GTI PP, 7 speed DSG.
