Lancashire Members - Byway near Colne?

Stumbled across a short Byway (BOAT) last week but as I couldn't check out the full status I didn't want to drive it. Anyone from around the Colne area that knows about it? Basically runs behind Wycoller Country Park from the Hall up to the Haworth Road.

Refs. SD95601 38547 to SD93191 39297

Tom Tom tried to take me down it!!

Memory map shows it starting as a Byway from Haworth Road but it seems to turn to a path/bridleway in the middle before turning back to an 'ORPA' which is why I didn't try it, just odd that Tom Tom sees it as a route!

I've ridden the route a long time ago and was not aware it's classed as a route. As Shawn stated check with local authority.
