Angry man in local newspaper.

That's one way to tell DVLA and your insurance company that you have had a brain bleed and have diabetes ...and have been caught speeding ...and haven't read what the Highway Code says about driving whilst emotional ...and annoying the local traffic Police. All in one article (with a photo) - perfect!
