So it's been in for two days now on visit two to cure the dropping suspension. It had not dropped during yesterday and overnight (which is normal it ties between 1 & 3 days normally) so they don't think it's a leak and suspect electrical?!
I am not overly sure they really know...
Not sure what to do next, will leave them too it for the next day or so to see how they get on and if no reasonable progress contact LR warranty Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

They were fine for a service and some other work, I obviously have a problem that just taxes them.
I got my car back Friday and they've still not fixed it as they don't know where to start. Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

I contacted Marshalls @ Cambridge a week ago regarding the recall on my towing hook. 'Someone will contact you in two days Sir'
I am still waiting for them to contact me, just wondering which two days they meant.

I've been measuring the suspension daily since Friday when they claimed they could not find the issue.
They have pressure / leak tested and not found an issue, nor do they get a fault code.
All measurements from top of wheel to bottom of wheel arch
Evening of 8-4-16
Nsf. 4"
Nsr 4.5" (expected, not quite on level drive this evening)
Osf 4"
Osr 3.5"
Morning of 9-4-16
Nsf 3.5"
Nsr 4.5"
Osf 3.5"
Osr 3.5"
Car now used, so small drop at front overnight
Evening of 10-04-16
On level drive
Nsf 3.5"
Nsr 4"
Osf 3.5"
Osr 4"
Evening of 11-04-16
Nsf 2.5"

Still not used, dropped 1" in 24 hours. Measure again tomorrow tonight. Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

I use Marshalls in Bedford, and I've never had a problem with them - they even persuaded the warranty company to cough up and cover a front-end suspension rebuild last year!!

I've given up with Marshalls and Lookers, they quoted me between 4 and 6 WEEKS to look at an electrical problem, out of warranty they really don't give a toss. I'd have been without the car the whole time.
Was fixed by Paul of Broadfields a couple of days later. ____

So went in today and apparently Land Rover technical support had sent them 15 pages of stuff to check, so they've had two techs taking measurements all day.
They've now sent that off to Land Rover for them to review....
Waiting to hear what the next steps are Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Marshalls of Cambridge are a hot and cold Experience for me. Used to have Citroen then FFRR ( yes a bit of difference ) serviced there!
"Oh you did not buy it from us......Sir" attitude drives the attention span of service department sometimes.
"Well that's because your showroom Hooray Henry wasn't interested and could not find what I wanted. So I bought via LR website....from Newcastle" and so it went on
"Well who was that then .....Sir"
"Do you know I don't remember but he keeps writing e mails and send texts to me."So that was the bad side but I guess people are fickle.
However, when I was so ill and I could barely walk to the car I saw their true side. They did absolutely everything they could to help, sent a man to collect, nothing was too much trouble, car valeted, serviced well.
The acid test for me is would I go back, yes they restored some faith. I have to say I spoke to their service manager and his 2IC both called when they agreed. Maybe I appreciated better my own predicament and that came across in my calls, it is perhaps that attitude thing again. Obviously works both ways D3 2.7 Zermatt silver (not another one)
