Yes, it was "drunk in charge" that i was thinking of. When are you not in charge of your car, camper, if you are sitting in or even near to it when drinking.

We need DG to explain what is & isn’t covered but I know truck drivers have been done in service stations when stopped overnight. No difference between truck, car and camper drivers.
