Hi All. I have recently purchased a 2010 D4 HSE. Reverse dip mirror is enabled on the dashboard computer and it has memory seats, however, when reverse mirrors do not move at all. Any ideas why it might be.

On my D3 HSE you could set the amount of travel that the mirrors dipped and then save it using the memory button.
Can’t remember the exact process, it’s in the manual, but it was a brilliant feature for me. For the opposite reason, as I’m just over 2m tall. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

On the D3, it’s enough that you’ve got the gear in reverse, select left/right from the door controls and then play around with the mirror joystick. If you play with the mirrors without being in reverse they’ll be saved as the “normal” mirror position for that memory selection.
As far as I remember that’s the process on the D4 too.

I have just done that. Reverse + played with both mirrors + Neutral. Still no joy.
I even tried the seat adjustments + reverse + mirrors + memory seat saved. Still nothing.

I do remember it was a temperamental process, which is perhaps why it’s not a feature on my FFRR Autobiography.
Try switching it off and locking then repeat until it works. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

I've had the same issue but trying to turn it off, it's in the settings if you have an IID.... I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

I only have OBD2 scanner, just check it doesn't have settings menu on it. However, I scanned the mirrors and got three codes and not sure what they are though.
B11F6 Driver folding mirror motor
B1C13 Driver's up/down mirror motor feedback circuit
B1C14 Driver's left/right mirror motor.
