2016 Landmark - does it have in control thingy??
Enjoying the new car and still researching the bits n bobs. Noticed has In Control button on the audio screen so downloaded two Apps to phone - In Control App and In Control Remote. The former lets me see what I see on the phone Ie Contacts and calendar on the screen - pretty pointless. The other app which would appear worth having does not seem to link! Does 2016 Landmark have this stuff as standard or was it an extra? Also anybody else having problem removing rear headrests? They seem well stuck and appear to have been greased.

In control apps standard.
Headrests always have to much grease on
They will not release from holders unless you have depressed the buttons in plastic seat top holder, usually have to do one side at at time. D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST

The Discovery 4 only got the very basic in control apps which are next to useless, the better system was never an option on the D4 Agree with lespes on the headrests they can be quite difficult to get the plastic tab depressed and then wangle them out and get covered in grease in the process Cheers Ian

I'm considering a move from D3 to Late D4 and currently weighing up specs between Landmark and Lux,
Did the Landmark have a Digital TV receiver as standard like the Lux? According to LR used approved site does not appear so, just a small point I know but I'm fancying some pointless toys!!

The only differences that I'm aware of are the limited range of colours, the badging, no colour keyed mirrors, some external trim being black, rather than silver and the steering wheel being smooth leather, rather than partially perforated. Some late Landmarks have been coming out without adaptive headlamps and with the non diamond turned wheels.2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4

(One of only two known to exist in the world!)
It sure but the standard Landmark had 511 style wheels.
Mirror caps are black along with the grill and side vents.

Thanks for the replies, I must be in the minority as I prefer the 511 wheels which leans me towards the Landmark, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on any goodies. It's just that every used Lux on LR site states that it has Digital TV but only Two Landmarks in Leeds appear to have it.
Haven't seen a Landmark without TV yet, just make sure you get two rear headphones and a remote, they can go missing.

Adblue issue
Loving my car despite various niggles with suspension, heating and now Adblue! Dash warned that Adblue required - contacted dealer and took it there same day (MONDAY) for free refill (under service package). Waited an hour, given keys, drove 1/2 mile up road and warning "no start in 500 miles - dosing malfunction" or similar! Straight back to dealer and had to beg for loan car. 4 days have passed and told that sensor replaced but cannot clear fault code - no idea how long it may take! Still love the car but getting a bit peed off with faults that LR a) do not acknowledge, and b) appear incapable of diagnosing and fixing! Grrrr!2016 D4 landmark in Yulong White
