Glad you enjoyed the trip.
Think of the cost of the steak as helping you to remember the experience for years to come .....
It does for me D3 HSE MY09, auto, Santorini Black, Black leather, Black windows ... black IS the colour ...
Golf Mk6 GT TSi, Red - supercharger and turbo - the pocket rocket!

Thanks everyone for all the great info. We are staying in Times Square and I think the main things as a first trip are sightseeing, eating out and for Mrs. Shrinky.....Shopping I hate it.
Which hotel in Times Sq? We stayed in the Marriott which was fantastic. Has a revolving restaurant at the top (only one in NY I believe) which is well worth having dinner in even if your not staying.
EDIT: Just realised you've been already! I'll get my coat...Discovery 3 - TDV6 SE - Bonnati Grey
Defender 90 - 300 Tdi County - Epsom Green

I would give a big thumbs up to the helicopter tours if your are short on time or want to really impress. I took a number of my sales team last year. Apple store on 5th managed to take every last penny i had spare after the helicopter "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

Thanks 90, we're only there for 5 nights so want to squeeze as much into the time as possible. Never been before and unlikely to be there for a while again after.
Our hotel is just off Park Central and evidently does some of the best breakfasts in NY 8) The Google 'Street View' explorer on the Maps is excellent, we've already 'walked' from our hotel round the park 2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7
