Oil In Air Filter??

Hello:

I've a March 2010 D4 XS. Had a problem some months ago with a reduced power warning, went into dealers (after being recovered) and it was a faulty turbo charger bypass valve, apparently.

At the time the AA did the recovery and the guy checked the air filter and noticed oil dripping onto filter. Mentioned this to garage and they said filter didn't need changing...anyway 2 months on and I'm still not 100% happy. Power seems to be generally down and not as responsive as I remember so I open the air filter this morning to have a look and again signs of oil dripping onto the filter? I've taken some pics in the hope somebody can say if this is normal or not.

Appreciate any feedback.
