It's not a major malfunction and is likely to be either leaking intake pipework, manifold leak, or MAF sensor fault. You may have an amber engine warning light because the exh emissions are affected, but it's amber for a reason. Not a critical fault!! Drive on. Thumbs Up

P006A points to an issue with the air intake system and so it could be any of the above I mentioned and a few more besides.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, perhaps a lighter right foot might help keep it at bay until you can get it looked at. Thumbs Up

Well hopefully not as I don’t think the extended warranty covers them but as long as I can get to Calais and on the train I can get home and get it sorted

The joint to the throttle body is worth a look, that had shifted on mine causing the RP fault. Noticed the engine cover rubbing the top radiator hose at the same time. New o ring, new hose and a plastic tab ground off to avoid any chance of interference and normal service is resumed, notable difference in pickup. Didn't flag a fault in normal driving but did uphill with the 'van on the back.

I think from what I've read if you keep it at low revs and avoid waking up the second turbo you have a better chance of not triggering the fault.

I drove mine carefully and didn't have a problem until it was fixed.
