Poly Bush Kit

Got a copy of LRO and they did a write up on a new Poly Bush set for the D3, given the wear rate of the bushes it might be worth looking at for replacements.

Here's a link to the site which makes them. It's not cheap for a complete set, but they should wear well.

According to the article it is not a simple DIY fit although it can be done. It also stiffens up the suspension and improves steering etc.

The way the ARB bushes go off its got to be worth trying them on their own - especially as they are an extra to the kit.

I think my bushes are on the way out.

When I was under the D3 at the weekend changing the fuel filter i gave them a quick once over.

I get play left to right and slightly up and down when i use a pry bar, take it thats not normal?

Off Topic In the same issue they recommended www.disco3.co.uk as a club to join if you had a D3. It was in the section where they looked at buying three cars.

I know it said "club", but still it's nice to get a mention Thumbs Up

They acknowledge how much info is on the forum.

Yes they seem expensive but ideal if you need to replace your bushes

I was just wondering if anyone had used them yet and if there was an excessive wear rate or anything

I would love to get em on but the price + labor makes it way expensive unless you got time and space to do DIY it
