Problem with sunroof and mirros

Hi there. I am a owner of disco 3 and I have few small problems with a car. My first problem is sunroof. I doesnt open. First of all I changed fuses (number 20) then I tried to make recalibration for sunroof but it doesnt work too. I let the drivers door open then I put the key on, turn it twice to make on all light on dashboard then I pressed and held the button to open roof for 20-30 sec. Nothing happend. I read that the battery have to be in good condition but about 2-3 weeks ago I bought brand new battery. Should I connect the battery to rectifier then try to make recalibration? And the second anoying problem is that both mirrors won't hide after i quit my car. It works normal 1 year ago before car went to the workshop Laughing Laughing Laughing now it doesnt. I pressed it down manualy with button of mirror adjust in drivers door and they hide themselfs only when i press a key, not automatically. Can someone help me with my disco? Should I make some kind of calibration too? I read all those manuals in pdf but It doesnt work too. Sad sorry for my english but id like to solve my anoying problems... greetings my friends!

You aren’t holding the sun roof switch long enough, hold it until your arm is ready to drop off Laughing keep engine running and close doors.
Mirrors don’t fold automatically on a D3 Thumbs Up
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Hi. You have the good advice above. Is your car a HSE with memory front seats ? If yes, then just be aware that if you have two keys, certain settings may be related to each key, they can be programmed as per the manual to do different things.
I found this out the hard way, but it works well.

I thought that mirrors fold automatically after close a car dunno why Confused maybe there is a option to program this with key? anyway mirrors works well but still I have problem with sunroof. How long should I press the open button... I did like minute or more and nothing happen, fuse is ok, maybe I do smth wrong... yes I have HSE I read already about key options. Maybe if u can program third button on key u can also program open and close car button to close/open mirrors at the same time... cya

Owners on here have been trying for 14 years to find a way of getting the mirrors to fold when the D3 is locked, it cannot be done without causing other problems.
