Edit: Having given it some thought I don't think I'll take a chance of the suspension dropping onto the bigger tyres but they may be of interest to someone.

I had them.
In fact they designed, tooled up and manufactured them [whilst I was there] specifically for me on my earlier D4.
Reason, the wide wheel/tyre combo I had on my D3 then gave rubbing when I moved to the D4.
They did the trick, it just meant that the turning circle wasn't as wide.
e.g. when driving in/out of a tight supermarket parking slot, it needed two goes rather than driving straight in/out. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧
