Rear Bumper Removal

I'm struggling to get the rear bumper off my '05 D3

I've searched various threads on the forum, and undone/removed all the fixings listed, but its not budging Big Cry

Its like the 2 sides are still connected; when I look under the rear lights where the bolt was removed from each it looks there may be another two 10mm bolts each side tucked down within the bumper attaching it to the car

Has anyone else found this on theres? They dont appear to be shown on any intructions I seen

I'll hopefully get a better look in the daylight tomorrow (if it stops raining) but any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Ade

You don't need to remove the lower/awkward bolts , just the 1 which is behind the rear light unit.

Once the bolts and screws are removed as per instructions , you need to be pulling the edge of the bumper outwards , this is where you are probably finding it's tight. Needs to be unclipped first and then once free , bumper will then pull off Thumbs Up

If you are stuck , pm for my number and I will talk you through it .
