Rear Tailgate

Hi, Has anybody else noticed on the disco 4 that the top edge of the rear tailgate does not seem to line up with the rear roofline neatly? Not sure whats going on but my tailgate seems as though it has slightly dropped by about 3mm towards the offside although it all seems nicely aligned when viewed from the rear and opens and closes nicely. Confused

I checked my D4 this evening and noticed it too. It's think it's just how it's made... since it doesn't affect the functionality and it's hard to see, I would have never noticed it untill you brought it up. TJ

I am still a bit concerned so it is back to the dealer tomorrow to check other D4's and for the Tech's to check mine out. I only noticed it when i was washing the vehicle and i felt the sponge hit a raised lip being the roofline.
My D3 tailgate must of been aligned otherwise i would of noticed it on that too.

Mine has this feature too, along with mis-alignment of the bottom section of the lower tailgate with the groove below the right taillights. Shoddy body assembly or even left rear panel design.
