Been in nice hotels - not very sociable and dog/kid friendly and we like the outdoors.
It's nice to have a bit of space and luxury when camping, makes it more enjoyable especially when the weather is rubbish.

I've though about getting an Inos and another Disco but they aren't as big and nowhere near enough storage. Plus the fifth wheel tows like a dream, no swaying or anything due to the hitch set up.
I might get the missus an Evoque eventually - are they any good? Also a member of avforums.com

You could get one of these and still tow the big van with a D3/4
Although I'm not sure of their legality over here Cheers Ian

One of the reasons I bough a Fifth Wheel Co van is I don't like the American ones, they are pretty tacky IMO unless you pay a lot of money.
The UK ones look smart and are well built, that's why they are expensive. Also a member of avforums.com

My mate has an Evoque and he loves it. I thought Ali might want one but she prefers her FL2 because it is much bigger. Depends on the size of your family but if you have a dog too then it might not work size wise. Awesome car though. Have you considered a FL2 instead? Comfy, great ride, loads of space, not embarrassing to drive and the MY13 has taken on some of the Evoque interior in places too. Either way you go, you'll be back in a LandRover
You van looks amazing btw very, very

Thanks Steve,
I got a Leon 1.6TDI as it balanced the fuel ecnomy of the disco a bit but now I don't have a boot on the truck will want a bigger second car next time.
I went to see the FL2 being built at the factory and was pretty impressive they way it all comes together. I will have a good look at both but need something pretty economical, what sort of MPG real life does the FL2 get overall? Also a member of avforums.com
