Retrofit electric and heated seat
Hello,
Do you know if it's simple to install electric and heated seats?
Is the wiring present? If it's not the case, it's a specific wiring or included in the global wiring?
Thanks for your returnDiscovery 4 TDV6 S 211 HP MY 2011

When you ask ‘is it simple’ then it is for an experienced person but no so for a novice. Famous5 on the forum has done the memory seat mod it took a lot of wiring research and parts finding to do it. As they say, anything is possible it’s just the cost that varies.012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

Thanks for your feedback
When I said "Is it simple", I ask if there is already cable or if there is a specific cable to add and not a complete cable specific to the vehicle.
For exemple, heated washer jet is already cable, you have just to change the parts.
I found leather electric heated seats with memory but the most important is to adjust the seat. If I've not memory or heated it's not a problem.Discovery 4 TDV6 S 211 HP MY 2011

Hi Vinz,
Here is a thread that details the work required for HSE memory seat upgrade.
Summary: If you have bought memory seats then there is a bit of wiring modding to get the seats working without bursts.
If you are looking at XS seats that are electric and non memory they will work plug and play

Thanks!!!
If I compare your picture with mine, it's very different but I've cable for all except green and brown for driver (LHD) and brown and grey for passenger
What are these connectors for? Just memory?
Where do you found electric diagram?Discovery 4 TDV6 S 211 HP MY 2011

Those connectors are for airbags, seat restrainers, heated and electric signals.
You should be able to retrofit heated electric XS seats pretty much plug and play*
*heated a bit more involved with hvac panel and ccf updates
