Rosen A7 In D4

Our small but cheap and effective Rosen A7 is still kinda working OK in it's second D3 but I may change to a new D4 soon and was wondering if the same install is possible ? I assume that the same loom is still there ?

Also has anyone installed one of the larger Rosen units Z8 or Z10 in a D4/3 Mrs Jones ? We've come for your Liver
