I doubt it I don't use it that often and when I have needed it (like in Nice/MonteCarlo a few weeks ago) it has served its purpose most of the time. It's just the TOA that's a bit annoying. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

At least you have a D3 rather than a crap motor with a good sat-nav.
Price for the HSE is a lot less than the sum of the optional parts so you could always look at it that your sat nav was free on the HSE The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

TOA is dead on for me almost every time. seems to me that it uses a combination of your current speed and the average speed for the road types on your route. Interstate roads at 70mph, state highways at 55, city streets at 30mph and so on.
i used it on a 4 hour road trip to a friend's house. the toa at the beginning of the trip said 7:02pm. When i pulled in his driveway, my watch said 7:03pm. Amazingly accurate. 2013 LR4 HSE lux | Santorini Black | 5.0 V8

Your a good boy then, probably never speeding.
I make up time frequently, even more then I loose with the extra fuel stops.
I have to admit I loose time too, when there are roadworks and traffic jammes. But normally I can make that time good again on the German autobahn with my V8 power. Roel
