Off to Pembrokeshire camping soon, inland and just north of Narbeth.
Any recommendations for places/beaches/sites to visit? Folly Farm is great fun for all ages it is a mixture of a 1960s funfair and a zoo, there is also a nice zoo near Tenby owned by Anna Ryder Richardson. In Narbeth itself there is a fantastic cheese shop/ deli, on the out skirts is a shop called Jelly Egg that sell Crocs of all types plus Muckboots we always seem to go there.
Pembrokeshire for us is all about the natural entertainment. The beaches are awesome, think Cornwall without the crowds, the picture below is Newgale beach at the beginning of the school holidays
St Davids is beautiful the Cathedral is stunning, there is a fantastic ice cream shop and it is a great base to book coasteering or kayaking etc at TYF. This time of year you can go up to the Marloes and peer over hedge to look at the baby seals on the beaches below, but you need a good head for heights.
Inland you have the Presselli hills which add a different dimension.
We've been going for about 8 years and find something new every time, we love it. No doubt DG will add lots as he knows it even better!DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

Highlights for me down that way, as previously said, folly farm is great, saundersfoot and Tenby are lovely but busy this time of year, manorbier castle and beach is nice with lots of rock pools when the tide is out.
Barafundle bay is a gorgeous beach but you have to walk to it over the headland from a car park. Pendine sands is gorgeous too although not sure if driving on the beach is permitted now. Oakwood park is near narbeth too. Jarrod
