Sounds a good solution,

I posted this before, I can not go into detail, but the travelling fraternity were caught with a transit van full off D3 and RRS spare wheels in the back, they had been busy for a couple of weeks in a large Midlands long stay car park.
The method used was bolt croppers, they were very quick.
The majority of owners had left unaware that their spare wheel had been taken.Who checks, not me !.
Hmmm, was my towbar in there too ??"To finish first, one first has to finish ...."
