Squeaking noise at low speed |
|
Hi all
I’ve got a discovery 4 2012 SDV6. At speeds from 20mph up to 30mph I’ve got a squeaking noise coming from front r/h side it only starts after a while when the car is warm. When I break it stops and when I turn right it stops and when I turn left it gets worst.
I thought it could of been break pads. I’ve checked them and put new break pad retaining clips in and it’s still no better.
Thanks

Wheel bearing? Just a guess more than anything, need the knowledgable peeps to respond really… 😂🤣😂 I’d also check the Caliper is moving freely and not seizing up/heating up the disc/hub. RLD CB Bracket
RLD Spare Wheel Protector
RLD Sump Protector
ProSpeed Compressor Cover
TPMS Retrofit
Range Rover Digital Dash Upgrade
Tesla Style Android Screen Upgrade

Check the stone guard is still secured. They rot around the bolt head that holds them in.
A washer sorts them out. Faultmate MSV-2
