Another great service experience with Stratstone Stoke yesterday. D3 had vague steering, low power at low revs and a rear wiper that wouldn't sweep half the windscreen.
I was given a FL2 as a courtesy car, Ric in service called me during the day to let me know what was going on and the car was fitted with a new EGR valve (the other one was changed about 3 months ago so I was kind of expecting this one to go before too long!), replaced track rod ball joints and the windscreen wiper was adjusted and lubricated.
Car was ready earlier than expected and was returned cleaned inside and out.
I know that Stratstone dealers seem to get a bit of flack on here but if you live in the Staffs/Cheshire area and aren't happy with your current dealer then I would certainly give Stoke a try - they have always given me excellent service and I only own a lowly base spec 7 seater that is now 4 and a half years old!
