Would buy original oil pump and OEM idler wheels. Would also use special tool to set the crankshaft seal 1 mm inward oil pump housing. Should not be flush as seen in video.

The tensioner should only be tightened to 25Nm from memory.
This is another thing that can cause it to break.

Get a new oil pump fitted ASAP.

Hi Markor,

From your posted picture I can see you have an INA Belt and NTN Rollers, those are fine.
Was your plan to fit Genuine Oil Pump and then use the INA Kit for Idlers,Belt Tensioner and Belt ?

It's interesting that the INA branded belt also says made in Italy.
The Timing Kit my garage fitted, when I opened it up to see was an SNR-NTN Kit .
So NTN rollers , Dayco Timing Belt Tensioner and SNR Belts, which also said made in Italy.
SNR-NTN is located 30Kms away from Dayco Ivrea, so i wouldn't be surprised if it is a Dayco belt rebranded as SNR Kit.

And similar possibly applies for your INA Branded Kit.
I believe ONLY Dayco manufactures the Belt Tensioner either way.

Do not buy FAI...etc. Just pick one up from the big names , Dayco, Gates, INA/Schaeffler and you're good.

Avoid gates for tensioner. They have a smaller hole for Allen key apparently and it’s not up to the task

Thumbs Up , yup I concur , LR Time shows that on their video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdS5PDCwNlQ.

Can still be used if you use a smaller allen key I suppose, see 23:17 of Video.

But best to use Genuine / Dayco.

Front belts are the same.

The rear belt is timed on the 3.0

Cheers. Even though rear belt is timed it appears it can be done without raising the body.

It's no more difficult than a D3 apart from the steel pipe that runs round the back but it is possible to do it.
