Thunderpole T-3000 CB
Hi to the all knowledgeable forum.
Am on installing a thunderpole T3000 CB unit (for when the lockdown ends) and wanted to know if anyone else has one of these slimline units and where they installed them.
Any photos would also be helpful
Cheers
MJD 3General Grabber AT3's
EGR Valves Blanked
Aluminium sump guard
Tree/Rock sliders.
Bank Account - Empty.
I just mounted mine between the passenger seat and the centre consol with the supplied bracket. If you want to remove it after the screw holes are then not visible as the front passenger seat covers them. Simple but effective (For me) The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
They just make the best of everything they have.

Not a Thunderpole, but here's how I installed my Midland:

Paddy Scanias running from Holyhead still use them, popular with eastern european lorries too (Romanian I think)
British drivers don't seem to bother at all these days.

Funnily enough it tends to be quite active when the VDSA are weighing vehicles on the route out of Wales from Holyhead.....
All sort of languages from all over europe suddenly get chatty then
Poor don't realise that they've already been weighed by the clever gadget built in to the road before they get pulled over. The VDSA already know they are overweight before they pull them over
