Just picked up my new car yesterday :D
Really really chuffed with my new car, I'm a bit wary on the corners just yet (apart from stealing hubbys freelander 2 the past year or so, I was driving a 335d M sport Coupe so handling is definitely different LOL).. not driven it far and it is the biggest car I've had but its SO comfy, smooth, great to be in an auto again (lazy lol) seems to have plenty of power effortlessly.. infact I've had to watch my speed as feels like I'm doing 55ish & the needle was nearly at 70 (cops seem to be everywhere in grampian at them moment)
I'll definitely want to get the camera's fitted retrospectively, its the only thing that it doesn't have that I'd want. (could have had if I'd been able to wait until December)
Looks gorgeous , if a disco can be described as that.. handsome maybe is a better word in the corris grey with black pack.
Was rather chuffed when the sales guy gave me a fancy box of chocolates & a bottle of champagne

Noooo mud I was upset enough that a few bugs committed suicide by the time I got home.
Mind you, we got some protection stuff on it, supposedly helps keep show room condition but the guy was explaining the next coat will need to go on about 4-6 weeks time, around its 4th or 5th wash Think the freelander only got 2 washes per year

I had a stone bounce up the widescreen with only 8 miles on the clock
I had the supergaurd protection stuff as well, never got told anything about a second coat...
I went for the he's, so have sensors and camera, never look at the screen though
@ MLC1 - liking the lightgaurds, Have you got a close up pic of the light guards pleased4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

Very very nice
I particularly like the way, instead of light guards, and as part of the black pack, you've attached a wheelie bin to the front "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
Locking rear E-diff
RLD spare wheel protector & sump guard
Extended roof rails
Series 111 mudflaps

bahahahaha so I have
I really fail to see what the purpose of the light guards are , can't see how they will protect against anything, but anyway he's always wanted them apparently (pretty sad if you ask me ) now he's on about back ones too.
Disco Dave has now done nearly 100 miles & I've just had to give him his first wash 24 hours after picking up

Jamieg - here is the close up of the light guards and we were given the box home with that super guard protection and its a tiny amount you use at a time so I would ask your dealer as you have paid a few hundred for it I think (forget exact price)

Lovely looking car I have the black pack and the light guards. The guards are more of a visual accessory than a functional item, but they look good.
I also put the ladder on the back which also enhances the look of the car.
