My camera worked on the hidden menu before I enabled it, yours looks like a dodgy camera or something wrong with the AV cable or plugs.
I did have a dodgy camera to start with and it looked similar to your screen. (photo in my gallery)
I happened to have another camera on my boat that I hooked up, that's how I knew it was the camera, but any AV NTSC feed would do, even playback from a video camera or dvd player. You would need to make up a custom cable though.

Does look like a TV on a subscription Chanel, then once decoded, all is perfect - I hope.
Does it have monotonous music playing in the background, with near constant groaning and the the occasional gasp of 'yes, yes, YES!' in the background?
If so, it could be interference from your specialist in-house set-up.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

I have been holding off doing anything with camera as in the hidden menu the camera was down as 'not fitted' so assumed nothing would show if I installed until enabled.
Are we saying that if it says 'not installed' it will still show in hidden menu ok?
Cheers

Mat, probably better asking your question in the D3 section as the D4 and D3 are different and it will confuse the thread.

The diagnostic screen should show the camera regardless of whether you have it enabled or not.

I have an oem reverse camera and you cant view it through the hidden menu ...you get the same fuzzy pic as DD above. I can't find a setting to change it ...I was hoping for a TV on the go workaround but to no avail 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
