Hi;
Yes, I notice this too. Part of the problem so I am told, is when they update the computer or reset it (you can ask them to reset it). It learns your driving habits. So, particulary when you come to a stop after a reset, it is important to come to a complete stop. The computer also learns your driving habits. Nonetheless, the short hesitation when you push on the gas after a stop persists for a second or less, it is annoying, but you can learn to live with it, annoying nonetheless.

Personally I think it is more then annoying, especially if you try to negotiate through traffic, spot a gap and go to accelerate into it. Put the foot down, car hesitates and you either get a car right up your backside or you have to try and pull back into the lane with cars behind honking as you have slowed right down.

cheers

So far in SPORTS mode, I've not noticed the dreaded pause - could be a 'fix'

i've tried sports mode a few times, it still does it and in fact the "surge" when it does come to life is worse.

I really do think it is a transmission mapping issues with the adaptive learning feature.

Asslo as both my wife and I drive the car though on different keys that probably does not help the adapative process.

ahh for the days of cars with no computers in them. Laughing
cheers
