Had a few emails back.

The cooler can be had, unmodified for as little as £100, if there are 15 or more takers at a time.
You will need 2 silicone reducers, at £9 each, and 2 alloy pipe connectors at £10 each

However, it is a little wider than I had hoped. Time to strip mine down, and take some measurements, unless someone has one in bits already Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread

I'll be interested in this ,sounds a far more realistic price . I'm always up for a spot of fabrication so if it requires some mountings to be made Thumbs Up . You're not afraid of the dark are you ?

I have been looking and there are a lot of people make ones for the RS500, are the coolers all the same physical size or are there different sizes but the same mounting layouts?

Graham, loads of people on Ebay list the same coolers, but with different sizes. Pretty sure we only have 700mm or so to play with, where the RS500 appears to be 750mm wide... My D3 Build Thread
