G3 is one of the better coatings, far better than the likes of Supagard etc.

A detailer friend of mine doesnt really rate it for what you pay, and another friend who used to be a salesman used to push the this sort of product as he made alot of commision out of each one. I think these sort products are a bit false in the way they are sold by salesmen (sorry if any of you are said people and its only my opinion) and these days you can go to halfords or the like and buy equivelent products for alot less and have the pleasure of making your car shiny
If you wash and wax your car regular and use decent polish you wont have a problem in my opinion. 1997 BMW R1100GS

Hi , thanks for all your help and advice , I've had all the other paint protections , supaguard , diamondbrite etc , it's something I tend to invest in when buying a new car , even though I still apply wax to my cars !!!!! Just hopeful that somebody has had the g3 product applied , and pass on their comments . Thanks again for any advice received so far , much appreciated.

I think, having had paint protection on the last 3, but not the three before, they are worth it.
I don't think they are worth some of the dealer prices. But for the clean and the application (inside and out) together with the pack and warranty its not unreasonable for a couple of hundred.
I think I prefer Lifeshine though

Applying a wax with no cutting agent , will not damage the sealant , you don't need to do anything with the finish if you don't want to , but I don't mind applying a spot of wax every now and again.
