I put 245/70-17 Mickey Thompson ATZ on last week and
Im off to Cape York early next week
I bought these tyres over the phone for $255 delivered.
Not sure ive done the right thing they look a bit soft in the tread and side wall.
I should know better , i owned a tyre service for 10 years

From what I can see on the Mickey Thompson website they are LT construction so with LR 119 so they should be fine. Price is fantastic compared to Coopers which will be around high $200's
You could only compare them to Coopers (ST or STT) for the same tyre size. STT's are a pretty soft compound and the sidewalls still get nicked easily.
