You can sort of already get it on Apple with this link as a saved icon/site, it does not allow me to send push info but it does store an icon on the desktop if you follow the instruction when prompted and refresh its self as I make changes.
The functions needed for it on Itunes by Apple them selfs are greater than Google Play and Amazon and a proving a pain hehe
