Another vote for heated steering wheel and remote timed climate although I would do that after you have bought it as it's cheaper to get one of the guys on here to do it Cheers Ian

Heated steering wheel seems a good choice.
I'm swaying towards the Vision Assist pack just because it has all the 'technical' Safety bits.
Thanks for the valued advice

Will definitely add the Heated Steering Wheel. Has anyone added the cool box?
I've had it on the past 2 cars and never used it but, I don't like a big empty box?

I didn't add the cool box, possibly should have - but I felt for the few times I used it in the last two sports it wasn't worth it...apparently its easy to retrofit if you really decided you needed it.
Heated steering wheel seems to be popular - but my wife says to man up, so ive not got it - don't miss it either.Mike

I quite fancy the Adaptive Healights as I think they will be handy as we are moving up to the Lake District for those dark winding single track roads.
At the moment, it's the Adaptive lights, Coolbox and Heated Steering.

The thing about the heated steering wheel is how good they are when the car is frozen solid and iced up to hell & back. Then when you're deicing the windows the engine is running with the heated screen, seat & steering wheel all on warming up. Without the heated wheel, when you're done scraping your hands are like two frozen kippers and stay frozen for ages until the heat of the cabin warms them. With heated steering wheel the little fingies are warmed back up in minutes.
Mind you the above is really only applicable when properly cold like below, not the woosy cold down sauff!!

That's it.
Order amended to include the Adaptive Headlights, Heated Steering Wheel and Centre Coolbox.
Resisted the temptation with the surround cameras etc.
Can't wait. This is going to be a long 8 weeks

Are you sure about the coolbox? I had one on my 2011 RRS and yes it was great, but when it came to ordering on on the 2012 Disco, I couldn't bring myself to spend the equivalent of 50 quid for each can of cold drink I had out of it!Disco 4 2012 HSE 3.0 SDV6, Santorini black, Ebony leather, privacy, 20" 5 spoke alloys, tow bar

I've got the coolbox in my D4 and have to say I use it all the time, it always has drinks in it and it's handy for keeping chocolate cool in the summer and I will probably tick the box on my next D4 Cheers Ian
